This is run by Lucy who also runs our Keep Fit (formerly Movement & Mobility) group, for Broxbourne u3a, but members of Lea Valley are also very welcome to attend.
These take place at the United Reform Church, Broxbourne on Fridays from 2-3 pm. The cost is £5 per session.
